2次試験

このサイトは、帰国子女などではない一般的な英語学習者で、英検1級2次試験の対策法を探している人に向けて書いている。

1次試験の方は参考書など情報豊富だが、2次試験に関しての情報はインターネットも含めて、あまり情報はない。

2次試験は1次試験と比べて合格率が高く、スピーキングに求められる流暢さ、正確さ、というのは実はさほど高くはない。

はっきり言って、中学生レベルの単語や文法で十分合格できる。

なので、海外で生活した経験のある方や、英会話スクール等である程度まとまった時間分練習した方なら、全く対策しなくても合格する人もいる。


しかし、一般的な日本人の英語学習者においては、そういった環境で英語を学ぶことができた人の方が圧倒的に少数派である。

1次試験に通過する実力があり、スピーキングに求められるレベルがさほど高くないにも関わらず不合格となるのは、ひとえに2次対策としてのスピーキングの練習方法を知らないからだ。

多くの方が、闇雲にスピーチを暗記したり、スピーチのネタ収集してまとめる、などの遠回りとなるものに時間を費やしている。
