I suppose that to fight illegal drug trafficking is not enough being done. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

Drugs have become more diverse in recent years, and illegal drug trafficking has also become a social issue. Illegal drug trafficking not only does pose various health problems, but also increases in secondary damage such as traffic accidents caused by hallucinogenic effects, and therefore goverment is requested to take thorough measures for it.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

Some say that as the punishment for illegal drug trafficking has become more severe year after year, the law is enough in force. However, new drugs which are not illegal, have developed more and more, and goverment should catch up with it as soon as possible and put a law in force.

In conclusion, I believe that to fight illegal drug trafficking is not enough being done. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
