私は「組織犯罪のない社会は実現できない」と思います。私の意見を2つの観点から説明したいと思います。その観点の一つは「この問題に対して社会がどう変わってきたか」、もう一つは「私の意見に対する想定される反論は何か」です。

まず初めに、社会は大きく変わってきています。過去の常識や経験が常に現代社会に適用できるとは限りません。社会の変化に応じて、私たちは考え方を変える必要があります。

近年日本に来る外国人は増えてきており、それに伴い不法滞在や外国人による組織犯罪も増えてきています。その結果、薬物、人身売買、海賊版の製造などの犯罪も増えてきており、それは巧妙化しつつあります。

次に、この問題は賛否両論あるものであり、全ての人が同じ意見に同意することはないと思います。それぞれの人にはそれぞれの立場や経験があります。異なる視点からの意見を無視するのではなく、それを踏まえて結論を出すことは大切なことです。

しかし組織犯罪は、警察や政府がもっと力をいれればなくすことができるという意見もあります。しかしながら日本人の犯罪は減ってきていますが、外国人の犯罪は増えつつあります。つまり各国は組織犯罪における国際協力の枠組みをお互いに整備し、犯罪組織のない社会実現に向けた国際的基盤を強化していく必要性があると考えます。

結論として、私は「組織犯罪のない社会は実現できない」と確信しております。加えて、社会をより良くするためには、この問題に関して社会で何らかの合意を形成することは良い考えかもしれません。以上です。

I suppose that society can't ever be free of organized crime主張. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

As in recent years, many foreign people have come to Japan, the number of illegal overstayers and organized crime have been increasing, As a result, organized crime such as drags,human traffic, and pirated goods has been increasing,and they are changing in complex ways.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

It is true that some say police and goverment should make exertions more and more, which will enable to decrease crime. However,crimes by Japanese have been decreasing, on the other hand crimes by foreigners have been increasing. It is necessary for each country to build foundation for framework in organized crime each other and strengthen the global basis for the development of a less-organized crime society.

In conclusion, I believe that society can't ever be free of organized crime. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
