経営困難にある企業は、その企業自身で問題を解決する努力をすべきであるという意見もあります。しかしながら、多くの人が利用する鉄道会社や航空会社の倒産は、人々の日常生活に支障を与え、社会の混乱を招く可能性もあることから、政府は倒産を防ぐために考えられる限りの手段を試みるべきであるといえるでしょう。

結論として、私は「経営困難にある会社は政府の援助を受けるべきである」と確信しております。 加えて、社会をより良くするためには、この問題に関して社会で何らかの合意を形成することは良い考えかもしれません。以上です。

I suppose that companies in financial trouble should receive government support. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

In recent years, even large-sized firms have increasingly gone bankrupt. The bankruptcy of large-sized firms have negative economic effect on the society, and it may cause an economic downturn in Japan. If large-sized firms go bankrupt, it may worsen business conditions of their business partner and happen a devastating chain reaction of bankruptcies among small and medium sized companies.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

Some say that companies in financial trouble should exert efforts to solve the issue by themselves. However, as the bankruptcy of railroad company and air transport company used by many people may interfere with their daily life and lead to social turmoil, the goverment should try all the means imaginable to prevent their bankruptcy.

In conclusion, I believe that companies in financial trouble should receive government support. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
