私は「本は時代遅れとなっていない」と思います。私の意見を2つの観点から説明したいと思います。その観点の一つは「この問題に対して社会がどう変わってきたか」、もう一つは「私の意見に対する想定される反論は何か」です。

まず初めに、社会は大きく変わってきています。過去の常識や経験が常に現代社会に適用できるとは限りません。社会の変化に応じて、私たちは考え方を変える必要があります。

テレビやインターネットが発達してきて、本を読まない人が増えてきました。しかしながら、本屋で本を探したり、紙の感触を感じるのが好きだ、という人は今もなおたくさんいます。本は決して時代遅れではなく、現在でもその良さは支持されています。

次に、この問題は賛否両論あるものであり、全ての人が同じ意見に同意することはないと思います。それぞれの人にはそれぞれの立場や経験があります。異なる視点からの意見を無視するのではなく、それを踏まえて結論を出すことは大切なことです。

パソコンのインターネットや携帯電話などによる情報化が進んでおり、本は時代遅れであるという人もいます。しかしながらこれらの情報は部分的なものに過ぎす、本を読むことは、想像力や自分で物事を考える力を発展させる上でとても大切な鍵となるといえます。

結論として、私は「本は時代遅れとなっていない」と確信しております。 加えて、社会をより良くするためには、この問題に関して社会で何らかの合意を形成することは良い考えかもしれません。以上です。

I suppose that books are not in danger of becoming obsolete. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

In recent years,due to the development of TV and the Internet, the people who do not read books have been increasing. However,there are also many people who look for books at the bookstore or like feeling papers of them.Therefore,books are not obsolete,and many people give support to them in the present era.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

Some say that the Internet of the computer and mobile phone have brought the increased use of information technology,and books are obsolete. However,the information such as them is just partial,and to read books is very important to stretch the imagination and develop the ability to think for oneself.

In conclusion, I believe that books are not in danger of becoming obsolete. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
