私は「大学教育は誰にとっても無料になるべきではない」と思います。私の意見を2つの観点から説明したいと思います。その観点の一つは「この問題に対して社会がどう変わってきたか」、もう一つは「私の意見に対する想定される反論は何か」です。

まず初めに、社会は大きく変わってきています。過去の常識や経験が常に現代社会に適用できるとは限りません。社会の変化に応じて、私たちは考え方を変える必要があります。

近年大学進出を目指す人が増えてきている一方で、経済的な問題で大学進出を諦めなければならない人もいます。しかしながら財政的に苦しい政府は、大学を無料化する余裕がないことから、無料化よりも奨学金制度を改善すべきといえるでしょう。

次に、この問題は賛否両論あるものであり、全ての人が同じ意見に同意することはないと思います。それぞれの人にはそれぞれの立場や経験があります。異なる視点からの意見を無視するのではなく、それを踏まえて結論を出すことは大切なことです。

教育の機会は平等に与えられるべきであり、大学教育は無料化にするべきであるという意見もあります。しかしながら大学教育の無料化は、必ずしも学生の勉強に対する意識を高めるものではないことから、大学進出自体の価値を下げてしまう可能性もあるといえるでしょう。

結論として、私は「大学教育は誰にとっても無料になるべきではない」と確信しております。 加えて、社会をより良くするためには、この問題に関して社会で何らかの合意を形成することは良い考えかもしれません。以上です。

I suppose that university education should not be free for everyone. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

Although many people have got a college education recently, some of them can't help giving up college education for economic reasons. However, as financially-strapped government can't afford to privide them a toll-free university education, it should improve the scholarship system rather than it.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

Some say that the goverment should give every student a fair chance to study and university education should be free for them. However, as a toll-free university education not necessarily leads to increasing awareness about study, the real value of college education is likely to be reduced.

In conclusion, I believe that university education should not be free for everyone. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
