私は「開発途上国にとってより科学技術に移転することが経済問題を解決しない」と思います。私の意見を2つの観点から説明したいと思います。その観点の一つは「この問題に対して社会がどう変わってきたか」、もう一つは「私の意見に対する想定される反論は何か」です。

まず初めに、社会は大きく変わってきています。過去の常識や経験が常に現代社会に適用できるとは限りません。社会の変化に応じて、私たちは考え方を変える必要があります。

次に、この問題は賛否両論あるものであり、全ての人が同じ意見に同意することはないと思います。それぞれの人にはそれぞれの立場や経験があります。異なる視点からの意見を無視するのではなく、それを踏まえて結論を出すことは大切なことです。

発展途上国が経済的に成長していくためには、高度な科学技術は欠かせないものであるという意見もあります。しかしながら、途上国が経済発展をしていく上で重要なことは、先進国から最新の技術を学ぶことだけではなく、それを途上国自身で使いこなしていくことといえます。しかしながら発展途上国において多くの人は衛生状態の悪い中で暮らし、生活をすることが先決となっていることから、新しい技術を学ぶ自発的な意識は低いといえるでしょう。

結論として、私は「開発途上国にとってより科学技術に移転することが経済問題を解決しない」と確信しております。 加えて、社会をより良くするためには、この問題に関して社会で何らかの合意を形成することは良い考えかもしれません。以上です。

I suppose that transferring more technology to developing nations woult not solve their economic problems. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

The technical cooperation between developed and developing countries has progressed to ensure stable growth of them in recent years. However, it is hard for developed countries to pass on the advanced knowledge and skills in developing countries with weak economic bases.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

Some say that the advanced technology is essential to promote economic growth of developing countries. However, a priority for the economic growth of them is not only to learn about the technology from developed countries, but also to master it by themselves. However, as many people still live in conditions of poor hygiene and put quality of life first in developing nations, the voluntary motivation to learn new techniques tends to be low.

In conclusion, I believe that transferring more technology to developing nations woult not solve their economic problems. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
