次に、この問題は賛否両論あるものであり、全ての人が同じ意見に同意することはないと思います。それぞれの人にはそれぞれの立場や経験があります。異なる視点からの意見を無視するのではなく、それを踏まえて結論を出すことは大切なことです。

しかしながら努力と決意は、勉学と同じようにスポーツ業界において目的達成のためには重要であるという意見もあります。しかしながら、スポーツは生まれつきの体格や体力といった肉体的な面が大きく影響するものであり、努力や決意だけでは必ずしも打ち勝つことができるとはいえないでしょう。

結論として、私は「スポーツにおいて、努力と決意は天性の代わりになり得ない」と確信しております。 加えて、社会をより良くするためには、この問題に関して社会で何らかの合意を形成することは良い考えかもしれません。以上です。

I suppose that hard work and determination can not be a substitute for natural ability in sports. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

In recent years, many sports players have broken a world record. However,it will be hard for many people to beat an Olympic athlete even though they are working very hard. Therefore, natural talent counts for more than effort in sports.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

Some say that the efforts and determination are important to achieve goals in sports as well as study.However, as sports is largely affected by physical condition such as natural physique and strength, only hard work and determination won't necessarily be able to win.

In conclusion, I believe that hard work and determination can not be a substitute for natural ability in sports. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
