次に、この問題は賛否両論あるものであり、全ての人が同じ意見に同意することはないと思います。それぞれの人にはそれぞれの立場や経験があります。異なる視点からの意見を無視するのではなく、それを踏まえて結論を出すことは大切なことです。

確かに、都市化はたくさんの仕事、進んだサービスを提供しています。しかし、過度な集中は、大気汚染、交通渋滞、地価高騰など、環境や人々の生活に悪影響を与えています。過度の都市化を抑えるため、各地域がその独自性を活かしながら魅力を高められるような政策が政府には求められています。

結論として、私は「日本では都市化が行き過ぎている」と確信しております。加えて、社会をより良くするためには、この問題に関して社会で何らかの合意を形成することは良い考えかもしれません。以上です。

I suppose that urbanization in Japan has gone too far. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

The concentrated population promoted the rapid economic growth in Japan. But on the other hand, it has also caused many social problems in the society. One issue is that the urbanization has increased income disparity between urban areas and rural areas.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

Certainly, the urbanization creates a lot of jobs and advanced services. However, the excessive concentration causes negative effects on environment and people's life such as air pollution, traffic congestion and soring land prices. The government should implement policy for enhancing attraction of each regions by utilizing their unique characteristics in order to suppress further urbanization.

In conclusion, I believe that urbanization in Japan has gone too far. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
