私は「現在の若者は昔より独立していない」と思います。私の意見を2つの観点から説明したいと思います。その観点の一つは「この問題に対して社会がどう変わってきたか」、もう一つは「私の意見に対する想定される反論は何か」です。

まず初めに、社会は大きく変わってきています。過去の常識や経験が常に現代社会に適用できるとは限りません。社会の変化に応じて、私たちは考え方を変える必要があります。

高度経済成長期において、若者は親から早く独立することが当然でした。しかし近年、若者の親への依存の長期化、社会への関心の希薄化など若者の社会的自立の遅れという深刻な問題がおきています。それは、フリーター、無職の若者、ひきこもりと呼ばれる若者が増加しており、税収減などの経済的な問題をも引き起こしています。

次に、この問題は賛否両論あるものであり、全ての人が同じ意見に同意することはないと思います。それぞれの人にはそれぞれの立場や経験があります。異なる視点からの意見を無視するのではなく、それを踏まえて結論を出すことは大切なことです。

しかし若者の中には起業や独立を目指すバイタリティ溢れる人も増えてきているという意見もあります。しかしながら、それは誰もが簡単にできることではありません。若者の独立心を促進し、彼らがチャレンジできるような社会を形成していく対策が必要といえます。

結論として、私は「現在の若者は昔より独立していない」と確信しております。 加えて、社会をより良くするためには、この問題に関して社会で何らかの合意を形成することは良い考えかもしれません。以上です。

I suppose that young adults today are less independent than in the past. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

In high economic growth period,it was natural that young people were independent of their parents in their early stages.However,in recent years, they are tend to depend on their parents for a long time,which causes the serious problems such as the unconcern towards a society and the delay of social independence.Therefore,young people such as freeter, having no occupation, and shunning other people have been increasing, which causes the economic problem such as a decline in tax revenue.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

Some say that some of the vital young people are increasing as they aim to launch a business or be independent.However,it is not easy for everyone.Therefore, it is necessary to promote the independent spirit of young people and build a society that encourages their challenge.

In conclusion, I believe that young adults today are less independent than in the past. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
