次に、この問題は賛否両論あるものであり、全ての人が同じ意見に同意することはないと思います。それぞれの人にはそれぞれの立場や経験があります。異なる視点からの意見を無視するのではなく、それを踏まえて結論を出すことは大切なことです。

中には医療費の無償化は気軽に病院に行けるので、人々の健康を増進する、という意見もあります。しかしながら、患者が医療費を払わなくて良いために、不要な医療費が増えるかもしれません。

結論として、私は「誰もが無償の保健医療の資格を与えられるべきではない」と確信しております。 加えて、社会をより良くするためには、この問題に関して社会で何らかの合意を形成することは良い考えかもしれません。以上です。

I suppose that everyone should not be entitled to free healthcare. I'd like to explain my opinion from the two perspectives. One of the perspectives is how the society has changed regarding this issue, and another is what is a possible counterargument against my opinion.

Firstly, the society has changed largely. The past common sense and experience are not always applicable to the modern society. We need to change our way of thinking as the society changes.

Recently, Japan has faced the financial difficulties, and tax burden has been increasing. If people were entitled to free healthcare under the circumstance, Japan's fiscal situation would get worse and worse, and it would be inevitable to impose more tax on people.

Secondly, this topic is controversial and I think everyone never agrees on a single opinion. Everyone has each position and experience. It is better to consider opinion from different viewpoints before concluding than to ignore it.

Some say that free healthcare would promote people's health because they can see doctors more freely. However, it might also increases unneccessary medical expence because patients don't need to pay for it.

In conclusion, I believe that everyone should not be entitled to free healthcare. In addition to that, it may be a good idea to make some kind of consensus in the society about this issue in order to make the society better. Thank you.
